NEED HELP?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are these watches authentic branded products?

No. These are Swiss-movement and mod timepieces, not official products from any luxury brand. They draw inspiration from iconic designs but do not carry brand authenticity.

What movements do the watches use?

Our models use Swiss mechanical movements such as ETA, Sellita, STP, or equivalent Swiss-grade mechanisms. Each product description specifies the movement used.

What is a mod watch?

A mod watch (modified watch) is created using high-quality components—such as custom dials, hands, cases, crystals, and straps—to achieve unique aesthetics or designs inspired by well-known styles.

What is the overall quality like?

Each piece is carefully assembled and quality-checked. They feature reliable movements, solid construction, and premium materials such as stainless steel, sapphire crystal, and high-grade rubber or steel straps.

Do mechanical watches need winding?
  • Automatic: winds itself when worn.
  • Hand-wound: requires manual winding daily.

If the watch hasn’t been worn for some time, simply shake lightly or wear it for 10–15 minutes to restart the movement.

Are the watches water-resistant?

Most models offer basic water resistance (3ATM–10ATM).

However, we do not recommend wearing them for swimming, showering, or exposing them to chemicals or steam.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All watches include a 6–12 month warranty, covering:

✔ Movement issues

✔ Abnormal time deviation

✔ Assembly defects

Not covered: water damage, impacts, scratches, or misuse.

What is the accuracy of Swiss mechanical movements?

Typical accuracy ranges:

  • ETA / Sellita / STP: ±10 to ±20 seconds per day
  • Enhanced automatic movements: ±5 to ±10 seconds per day

Accuracy often improves after regular wear.
Can I request real photos or videos of the watch?

Absolutely. We provide actual photos and videos so you can see the finishing, thickness, shine, and real mechanical motion.

Are mod watches easy to service?

Yes. Because they use common Swiss mechanical movements:

  • Any experienced watchmaker can service them
  • Parts are widely available
  • We recommend routine servicing every 2–3 years for longevity
Why are these watches more affordable than original brands?

They are not official branded products. They are assembled from quality components and customized designs, allowing you to enjoy mechanical craftsmanship without the high cost of brand licensing.
